The Low Place Consulting.

Rebecca Rosario (she/her) Consultant, Coach, Writer. Providing resources and services for your story.

Your Story Matters.

Wherever you find yourself.

In any show worth watching or book worth reading, the storyline will captivate you with lows, highs, struggles, breakthroughs, failures and victories. The dark goes hand in hand with the light.

I believe we were not designed to go through these times alone. In fact going at it alone can be one of the riskiest things we can ever attempt.

My desire for this space is to offer tools, community and support to help you engage your story and bring you to a place of hope and restored joy.

A little about me.

My name is Rebecca.

My story is filled with both heavy and light, triumph and tragedy, devastation and reconciliation.

From an early age, I have known the importance of my mental health and seeking support in this area.

After seeing a trend in three generations of my family, I decided to go deeper in my healing. I also made the decision to return to higher level education to learn as much as I can about mental health and how we are all so uniquely wired.

I am a story teller, mystic. teacher. servant. musician, dancer, yogi. DIY-er, lover of my tribe and zoo.

I look forward to serving you in this space.

Why “The Low Place” ?

The Low Place is an actual place! It is located in Man O’ War Cay in the Greater Abaco Islands of the Bahamas. This space holds so much weight in my story and when I allowed myself to get curious about what I wanted to call this platform, this place came right into my awareness!

The name intrigues me. It’s a bit of a paradox. It’s physically the lowest point on the Island. It is where everyone goes to play. It is a place of connection both with the inhabitants of the island and the inhabitants of the sea.

This Island and this place is home to my wife and her family. The way life is lived here is not like anything I ever knew existed. I learned to paddle board here. I took my son’s high school senior portraits here. My baby girl did her first open water swim here.  I wrestled with co parenting on this very beach.

Our stories have literal and figurative low places. My curiosity has allowed me to see the value and good that has come from this Low Place and my prayer is that you can find value in yours as well.

Love,

Rebecca
